A minor release will be made to the Qualer platform on December 15, 2017.  This release will include various bug fixes, and added functionality to improve your overall experience with the Qualer system. A summary of the functionality included in this release, and an impact assessment for each feature is listed below:

23967 Searching Client Companies By Alternative And Legacy Names- Search functionality will be expanded in the client manager to allow vendors to search for companies by alternative and legacy names.

23968 Management Of Asset And Product Level Documents- Users will have the ability to upload asset level documents and better manage documents with additional viewing and deleting capabilities.

23969 Retaining Previous Selection For Efficiency- To increase efficiency in the platform, we have introduced logic where the system will remember previously used selections (ie Site Name). Asset Manager 3 - Low
23970 Saving And Using Employee Signatures- Users will have the ability to save signatures to their account and to apply when orders are signed-off.

23971 Printing Multiple Labels On One Page- Users will now have additional flexibility to determine which position on a page they would like to begin printing labels.

23974 Bulk-Change Status Codes For Work Items- Users will be able to easily manage and change the status of items in the Work Items module without entering the fulfillment screen. Work Items Manager 3 - Low
23976 Custom Company Links In Dashboards And Toolboxes- Users will now have the ability to customize their dashboards with links, allowing them to integrate with other systems.

23977 Surveys And Questionnaires- This new feature will allow users to fill out simple forms to capture client feedback or create work order requests.

23904 Select Service Type For Assets Added At The Fulfillment Stage- Technicians will be able to choose one time service options if the asset is added directly into the work order. Fulfillment Interface 2 - Medium
23906 Measurement Not Taken Option- Technicians will be able to mark measurements points as "limited" to indicate they were unable to capture the measurement. Users will have the option of omitting these limited readings from the reports.

23952 Orders Rejected By Clients- Now, when orders are rejected by clients, a reason will be captured for their vendors and this action will get documented in the order history notes for added traceability.

23955 Scheduling Service On Specific Weekday- Users will now be able to select the day of the week they would like service to be scheduled (ie first Tuesday of the month).

23963 Invoices And Collections Module- This new module will allow vendors to easily manage and export invoices for multiple orders on one central screen.

23975 Parts And Charges On Order Level- Parts and Charges can now be added on the order level, instead of being linked to a specific asset.

23953 Conditional Report Definitions- There will be added logic in reports, so users will not need multiple report templates based on criteria (ie multi vs single channel).

23951 Reports Versioning- Qualer will now maintain all versions of order documents that were generated or uploaded into the system.

23958 Assets That Are Currently Scheduled For Service Should Not Go Past Due- If an asset is scheduled for service it will no longer be marked as Due for Service or Past Due, regardless of when the order is completed.

23965 Multi-Channel Readings Capture- This new logic for multi-channel equipment will allow the technician to determine if they would like to capture readings by channel, measurement point, or with a multi-channel reference standard.

23972 Override Next Due Date For Assets On Maintenance Plans- Technicians will now be able to override the next due dates for assets even if the equipment is linked to a maintenance plan.

24001 Schedule Tasks On Fail Events- This feature will allow maintenance tasks to be triggered following a fail event on a previous task.
