Overview


With this new feature, you will be able to add documents on an Asset level as well as manage the documents on an Asset and Product Level



Workflow


Depending on whether you would like to add a document to the asset or product, hover over ASSET or PRODUCTS in your top navigation bar. Click "ASSET MANAGER" or "PRODUCT MANAGER" respectively.



Click on the Asset Hyperlinked Tag or Product Hyperlinked Product name to open up with "Asset Info" or "Product Part Information" respectively.



Both info screens will have an "INFO" option. Clicking on the "INFO" option will allow you to upload a document to the Asset/Product. You have the option to add the document on the Asset, Product Model, or Product Family level.




Once the document is loaded, you can delete the document screen through the same screen, or by clicking the "X" on the "INFO" option.
