Users can now select a Master Agreement at the order level, just like selecting a Master Template. Follow these steps to understand and use this feature:

  • Automatic Master Agreement Selection

    • If the client has only one active agreement for the current time period, the Master Agreement will be selected automatically.

  • Actions When a Master Agreement Is Selected

    • Primary and secondary PO fields are automatically populated based on the Master Agreement.
    • The selected Master Agreement is displayed in the header.
      • If no agreement is selected, a clickable empty link (---) will be displayed.

  • Selecting or Removing a Master Agreement

    • Click the agreement name or the empty link (---) to open a popup showing all active (not expired) agreements for the client.
    • In the popup, you can:
      • Select an agreement.
      • Remove the current agreement from the order.

  • Order-Level Charges

    • The price list for order-level charges is automatically assigned from the first item in the Master Agreement.

  • New Tab in the "Pick From Assets" Dialog

    • The "Pick From Assets" dialog now includes a "Master Agreement" tab.
    • This tab displays all assets linked to the selected Master Agreement.
