First, open the Asset Info pop-up by clicking on the Serial Number, then in the “History” tab click “Add Service Record”:
Then, input the date that the service was completed:
Click "Next" through all the tabs to save the service event then click "Create service record":

The Documents tab will open. Upload any saved certificate, for example, then click OK:
If this asset serves as a tool/reference standard, click into the newly saved history name under the Service column:

Under the Maintenance tab, click the checkbox next to the parameter this tool measures then click OK:
Under "order" tab you can add all information about work order, such as Order number, certificate number, result, etc.
