Add Client

Let's say you already imported your customers during the on-boarding process, but you either missed one or just got a new one? Adding a single customer through the portal is easy. Under the SERVICE tab, select MANAGE CLIENTS. Then, click 'Add Client...' in your TOOLBOX on the right hand side of the page. 

Search for the client's account in the Qualer network.

If you can't find the client you are looking for, click "Enter New Company Information" and complete the contact information screens to add the account. 

Additional client statuses have been added to the ‘Company Information’ screen within ‘Manage Clients’ – Prospect and Hidden.

Vendors can now filter out prospective clients into their own category. Once a ‘Prospect’ becomes a full client, update the client status to ‘Approved’.
