Available Date Tracking Fields:
The system provides six key milestone dates to track assets throughout the entire service lifecycle:
- Date Sent for Service - When the asset was dispatched to the vendor
- Date Received - When the vendor received the asset
- Date Service Estimated - When service is expected to be completed
- Date Service Completed - When the service was performed
- Date Returned - When the vendor sent the asset back
- Date Back from Service - When the asset returned to the client's possession
Using Date Fields
All applicable milestone dates appear in the Work Items grid for each asset, providing visibility into where assets are in the service process.
- Open the work order containing the assets
- Locate the asset in the Work Items grid
- Click on any of the dates shown in the Fulfilled By column
- Click the check on the date field in the appropriate milestone column
- Select the date from the calendar popup
- Click OK to save all checked date fields.
Setting Dates in Bulk
To update multiple assets with the same date:
- Open the work order
- Select the assets you want to update (use checkboxes to select multiple items)
- Click the "{number} item(s) Selected" bulk action button
- Select "Bulk-Set Date/Time"
- In the popup window, check and enter the appropriate milestone dates
- Click "Apply" to update all selected assets simultaneously
