User Guide 'Quick Collection':
Quick collection is a feature designed to gather assets for various tasks or projects. If you're a new user of Qualer, using Quick Collection can significantly enhance your experience with the platform. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you manage quick collection of assets effortlessly:
1. Navigate to 'Assets'
- Select the assets for your collection by clicking the circular checkbox beside each one.
- To add them to your collection, click the '+' sign or the number adjacent to 'Quick Collection' on the left side.
2. Access 'Quick Collection'
- To view your selected assets. This section allows you to modify your asset list in three ways.
3. Remove Assets
- To remove certain assets, mark them by clicking the circular checkbox next to each. Then, click 'Remove Selected'.
4. Clear All Assets
- To clear all assets from your collection, select 'Remove All' and confirm by clicking 'OK'.
5. Include Addition Assets.
- To include additional assets using their serial numbers, enter the 'Add by serial number...' search box located on the right.
- Input the serial number and select the '+' sign. The asset will join your list if the serial number matches an existing item.
