The status show below indicates an intermediary status that is waiting for documents to be generated. If the report generation is taking a significant amount of time, it is because the system was unable to move it to the next status automatically. 



Steps to Reset Work Status in Qualer

  • Navigate to Reset Status in the Qualer interface.
  • Click on the Force option. (This option is available only when the status change has been taking a significant amount of time.)
  • By selecting Force, the system will manually reset the status.
  • The work order will then proceed to the next work status automatically.
