The status show below indicates an intermediary status that is waiting for documents to generate. If the report generation is taking a significant amount of time, it is because the system was unable to move it to the next status automatically. 




The amazing thing is that this is a simple thing to fix! Please go to Reset Status > Force:

By manually forcing a status reset (the force option only appears when the status change is happening for a significant amount of time) , the work order will move to the next work status!
