Printing multiple labels on a single page using a label sheet can be accomplished with the following steps:

1. Locate the Report Definitions tab: This tab can be found under the Administration module in the service level section. Here, you can select the label you wish to adjust. If, for instance, you're working with a label for pipettes, navigate to ADMINISTRATION > "Service Capabilities" > select the desired instrument service level, then click the "Report Definitions" tab.

2. Configure Print Setup: After selecting the label, a new window containing 4 tabs will appear. Click on the "Print Setup" tab. Here, you can set the number of labels to be printed on the page, both vertically and horizontally. Input your desired values into the "Vertical Count" and "Horizontal Count" fields. For example, if you want to print 15 labels on one page, you could input 3 in the "Vertical Count" field and 5 in the "Horizontal Count" field, then click "Update."

3. Adjust Label Position: Navigate to the order for which you would like to adjust the label's position before printing. Click on Order Detail View, then on the "Labels & Reports" section on the left, followed by "Label". A new "Printing Labels" window will appear. This window will contain the ranges you previously configured in the Administration module.

4. Decide on Label Position: Now, you can choose where on the page you want your labels to start printing. If you want the label to begin printing in the third row and in the fifth column, for example, enter these values into the respective fields and click "OK."

5. Print: After the system has loaded, click on the PDF to review your label layout before printing.
