Qualer is designed to work with a wide range of label printers, supporting the export of certificates and labels in .xlsx (Microsoft Excel), .pdf (Adobe PDF), and .label (custom text) formats. The Qualer.Print application can be used to streamline the printing process, allowing for automatic queuing and printing of documents without human intervention.

Using Brother Label Printers with Qualer

Brother does not guarantee the quality of labels unless you use their proprietary print software P-Touch Editor. This means that (in order to achieve professional quality) Brother label printers require a multi-step process to convert exported files from Qualer into a compatible format for printing.

The process for printing high-quality labels using Brother label printers such as the PT-P700:

1. Designing the label layout in the P-touch Editor.

2. Generating and downloading an Excel file in Qualer.
3. Using the Excel file as a dataset for the template.
4. Mapping columns to data fields on the label.

5. Printing.
