To start with the checklist process, click on the “Service level” then click on the “Checklists & Procedures”:
Click on service level and add the “Title” as service level name. See below:
Then click on “Add Task” and you will direct to the below “Add Task” window:
Type in the task name then click on “+” button at the right side of the window and you will see a drop down menu to choose how you want to display the checklist on the Work Order screen:
You must fill the “Field Name” and you can fill it with anything e.g. InstrumentID. Then choose the “Type” from the drop- down menu. There are 7 options.
Integer:
If you choose “Integer” then it would be a drop-down box with the numbers in WO screen. See below
In Work Order Screen
Double:
If you choose “Double” then it would a floating point value.
String:
If you choose “String” then it would a text box in WO screen and you can fill any information in the text box:
In Work Oder Screen:
Boolean:
If you choose “Boolean” then it would a check box in WO screen and you can mark the task checked or unchecked as per the status of the particular task:
In Work Oder Screen:
Date:
It would be just a date field in WO screen
List:
Through list option, you can create a drop down with the multiple options of your choice.

DateTime:
Through DateTime option, you can create a task where you can fill in the date & time of the task. See below
In WO screen:
For the Date click on the “Calendar” icon:
For the Time click on the “Clock” icon:
Required Checklist Items:
As part of a more recent update, Qualer has added a feature that allows checklist tasks to be marked as "Required" as a way to enforce checklist completion.
