You can edit the next due date for assets on maintenance plans directly from the service order in the Order Detail View, instead of the maintenance plan locking the date.


Workflow to Edit the Next Due Date:

  • First, navigate to the SERVICE module and select the work order for the asset you wish to edit.
  • Click on Order Detail View to open the details for the work order.
  • Under the Labels & Reports section on the left-hand side, you can edit the following dates:
    • Due Date
    • Received Date
    • Completion Date
    • Returned Date
  • To override the maintenance plan date, click the Change Next Service button.
  • The changes will appear in Asset Info > History > Asset Service Record once the work order is closed.
