Qualer's users are able to make some bulk changes it the work order.


No matter how many items in the Work order, you can select one or several assets and make changes from the drop-down list. 


Note: to select all assets on the order, click the check mark in the table header


Below is a description of the various actions and any proceeding pop-up windows:

  • Remove assets - this will delete the asset from the work order
  • Select Additional Service - the ability to add the same asset to the order associated with a different service
    • Service selection window will appear
  • Outsource/ Move Assets - the ability to move assets to a new work order or outsource work to an external vendor
  • Bulk-Set Date/Time - ability to bulk set the received date or the service date of an asset
  • Bulk-Edit Service Comments - the ability to change technician comments on the asset level.
    • Append = add on to the existing comment
    • Rewrite = remove existing comment and replace with identified text
    • Find & Replace = replace identified text with new text
  • Bulk-Reset Result Status - the ability to update the As Found and As Left result status of the asset
  • Bulk-Assign Technician - assign technicians to the work item
  • Bulk-Change Work Status - update the work item status of selected assets. (the status change must follow the work item flow if configured)
  • Copy to Quick Collection - adds the selected assets to your personal quick collection
