Qualer allows users to make bulk changes to assets within a work order. Changes can be applied to one or multiple selected assets, regardless of the total number of items in the work order.


Steps to Make Bulk Changes:

  • Open the work order containing the assets.
  • Select one or multiple assets using the checkboxes next to each asset.
    • To select all assets, click the checkmark in the table header.
  • Use the drop-down menu to choose the desired action.


Available Bulk Actions:

  • Remove Assets

    • Deletes the selected assets from the work order.
  • Select Additional Service

    • Adds the same asset to the work order under a different service.
    • A service selection window will appear for configuration.
  • Outsource/Move Assets

    • Move selected assets to a new work order or outsource them to an external vendor.
  • Apply Service Level
    • Apply Service Level to all selected Assets.
  • Bulk-Set Date/Time

    • Set the received date or service date for the selected assets.
  • Bulk-Edit Service Comments

    • Modify technician comments on the asset level.
      • Append: Adds new text to existing comments.
      • Rewrite: Replace existing comments with new text.
      • Find & Replace: Replace specific text in comments with new text.
  • Bulk-Reset Result Status

    • Updates the As Found and As Left result statuses of the selected assets.
  • Bulk-Assign Technician

    • Assign technicians to the selected work items.
  • Bulk-Change Work Status

    • Updates the work status of selected assets.
    • Note: Status changes must follow the configured work item flow.
  • Copy to Quick Collection

    • Adds the selected assets to your personal Quick Collection for easy access.
