Bulk Import Assets / Register a New Asset

  1. Navigate to Assets > Asset Manager.
    • Note: Ensure the manufacturer and part number match exactly with the ones in the Product Manager.

To Register a Few Assets

  1. Click Register New Asset from the right-hand column of the page.
    • Select the Category and Type.
    • Click Continue.

To Import a Large Number of Assets

  1. Click Bulk Edit and Importon the right-hand side of the Assets page.
    • Download the Excel file, add new assets (leaving the ID column empty), and import it back by selecting Bulk Edit and Import.
