If you are unable to generate a certificate or a report while working in an order, it may be that you have not yet enabled the report options for that particular service level. 


First, go to Service Capabilities in the Administration section of Qualer:



Click the "Report Definitions" tab for the appropriate instrument and service category, and select the check boxes of all the appropriate reports needed for that service: 



Note: Performing these steps requires one of the two permission groups: "Company Configuration, Manage" or "Service Levels, Manage"
