Overview
Qualer is a platform that allows asset owners to manage and view their assets in various ways. It provides features for filtering and viewing assets within the Asset Manager. The platform offers options for filtering based on custodian assignments and tool registrations.
View all Assets
1. Go to Assets > Asset Manager and select All Assets.
View Assets with scheduled Service Overdue
1. Open Asset Manager. Select the Service Overdue filter on the left.
To access "My Assets" and "Tools", follow these steps:
1. Go to the Assets Manager > All Assets section.
2. Click on "My Assets" to display all assets assigned to you.
3. Click on "Tools" to display all assets set up as tools (i.e., assets with a role).
4. You can either click both buttons at once or click them one at a time.
5. To remove the filter, simply click the reset filters button.
View Asset Maintenance Report
1. Go to Asset Manager and click on the Export Asset Maintenance link in the Toolbox.
View Asset Due for Replacement
1. Go to Asset Manager and click on the Due for Replacement link.
View Asset Due for Service
1. Go to Asset Manager and click on the Due for Service link.
View Asset with No Product Link
1. Go to Asset Manager and click on the No Product Link.
View Asset Scheduled for Service
1. Go to Asset Manager and click on the Service Scheduled link.
