Asset Improvements
Organizations can now define custom asset statuses that align with their specific processes, with the ability to apply these statuses individually or in bulk. Status changes can be automated through new trigger mechanisms that respond to specific events in your workflow. We've also introduced product type-specific custom asset attributes. Additionally, asset lifecycle tracking has been enhanced with new purchase order and memo fields. These improvements give organizations greater flexibility in tracking assets throughout their lifecycle, with automated status updates based on workflow events and more targeted attribute collection based on product types.

Work Order Improvements
Work orders now track six service milestone dates from dispatch to return, with configurable Review Checkpoints for data validation at key stages. Checkpoints appear in dedicated "Review" tab, supporting different requirements for owners and vendors. A new bulk work order generation for multiple clients/assets option is available for service providers. A new setting allows for automatic area synchronization between assets and orders. The enhanced milestone tracking provides complete visibility into asset service lifecycle, from initial dispatch through return, while review checkpoints ensure critical information is collected at each stage.

Measurement Updates
Measurement form improvements include the ability to require checklist tasks and configure runs for collecting repeated sets of readings. The validation system prevents order completion until required checklist items are completed, with clear visual indicators for required fields. Multiple runs can be configured (up to 10) with custom names and flexible data analysis options, making it easier to handle complex measurement scenarios while maintaining organized data collection.

Adding a new method for bulk updating Email Notifications for all sponsored clients. The new "Apply to Clients" button enables vendors to save notification templates for all their sponsored clients simultaneously, while maintaining individual control for clients who manage their own Qualer instance.
