This update to the Uncertainty Budget Screen automatically selects attribute units when recognized, or allows for manual unit selection when not recognized.
Key Features & Behavior:
Auto-Selection of Attribute Units
- When an attribute unit of measurement (UOM) is recognized (e.g., "mL"), it will be auto-selected in the dropdown.
Fallback to Manual Selection
- If the attribute UOM is not recognized, users can manually select the unit from the dropdown.
- Example: If the unit "mL" is part of the attribute but another unit is selected in the dropdown, the system will auto-select "mL" unless the dropdown option is valid.
Dropdown Behavior
- Recognized Units: If the attribute units are recognized, they will be pre-selected in the dropdown, and the dropdown will be disabled (no manual selection possible).
- Unrecognized Units: If no units are recognized or available in the attribute, the dropdown will remain active for the user to select units manually.
