We're pleased to announce that a hotfix has been successfully completed. This fix addresses the following issues and ensures smoother functionality across our systems.

  1. Performance and scaling upgrades for enhanced user experience.

  2. API - Work Order Item Checklist Tasks

  3. Adjust final pricing of service options with a decimal multiplier, enabling both discounts and markups for greater pricing flexibility.


Users now have the ability to influence pricing by checking an option that enables the input of a decimal multiplier. This figure will adjust the final pricing of the service option. Users will need to re-select service level to access the multiplier input if enabled.


Improved clarity of confirmation message when attempting to delete an asset with Forbidden change management policy.

  • Fixed a bug preventing tools used in measurement forms from showing up in Tools & Standards tab.

  • Improved reliability of As Found/As Left form generation on work items.
