At 15:30 UTC (8:30 am PST), our platform experienced an unexpected server error which may have temporarily disrupted access for some users. Due to an initialization error of one of the Microsoft Azure services during a routine scaling procedure, a subsequent Qualer application outage affected a random sampling of customers that were redirected to an irregular server instance. The irregular instance was isolated and replaced at 16:05 UTC (9:05 am PST) resolving all issues. We are actively monitoring the situation and performing a more thorough investigation into the root cause.
