Display Status Change History in the Work Item


In the tab titled "Charges & Notes" in the work item, a new section titled "Notes" will display a status change log for the work item. This is the complete history of the custom work item status changes. To learn more about setting up custom statuses, go here: Work Item Flow



Show Task Description in the Checklist


The task/checklist description will now be visible in the work order when viewing the task/checklist. This is set in the Checklists & Procedures section of a service capability template.


   

Work Item Button Naming


With this new feature, users are able to determine what appears in the work item button from the Order Detail View of an order. The logic is as follows:


1. When the product associated with the asset has an existing Display Part Number value, it will display. The display part number is set in the Inventory tab of a product:

2. When the product associated with the asset does not have an existing Display Part Number value, the Manufacturer Part Number will display. This is the OEM part number in the Info tab of a product:


3. When the product associated with the asset does not have neither an existing Display Part Number nor  Manufacturer Part Number, the word "Select" will display. If this is the case, "Select" will also show on the main order page in the Work Details tab:
