Tax Territories

Advanced Tax Territories allows you to manage how you charge sales tax. Use the tool to set rules based on detailed geography and specific customer accounts. Once rules are defined you can set tax options such as exempt, flat, or half tax. 

To modify a territories' tax rate:

• Navigate to: Administration > Sites > (choose site) > Shipping Options
• Using one of the two buttons on the right, add a new territory or change an existing one
• On the "payment terms" tab you will find taxation options to set the taxation for that territory
