We've improved the power and functionality of our Surveys & Ticketing module to make user generated ticket surveys to leverage the dynamic content from their main Qualer platform. New functions include:

    1. Look up and select assets in questions

    2. Change asset information based on user submissions

    3. Branch / fork questionnaire based on asset status and user input

    4. Advanced form validation based on Asset Manager information

    5. Send and receive notifications based on change of ticket status
