With this feature, you are able to add miscellaneous items, parts, and charges on an order level instead of an asset level. This allows for greater variation in pricing models and ability to bill for items outside of just service.
First, get to the work order you'd like to add items to by selecting the work order.
At the bottom of the service order, there will be a section to add Misc. Items, Parts, and Charges.
It is also available through the Order Detail View.

In order to add Parts and Charges, they must be created through the service level on the Administration Module.
