Overview

This feature provides additional flexibility in configuring the time of the week, month, or year on which service can be scheduled.

Workflow

This feature is available within the "Maintenance Task" screen, which you can see once you are within a maintenance plan.
(For a comprehensive tutorial on setting up maintenance plans, following this link.)

Once you are in the "Maintenance Task" screen, click on the drop-down menu under "Service Interval". This will expand the menu of options.

Depending on the way you want to set up the service interval, you have numerous ways in which you can set up the cadence you desire.

For example, let's assume you'd like to set up a service interval that will happen every month on every second Tuesday of the month. To do this, you need to select the option "Every Month On" and then scroll down in the box to the right:

Make sure to click "Update" in order to save the changes you've made.

In a similar way, you have a lot of flexibility setting up service intervals under the "Every Year On" tab. For example, let's pretend you'd like to schedule a yearly preventative maintenance service occurring every February at the end of the month. You can set this up by clicking on the "Every Year On" option. Then you need to choose the month (i.e., "February"). Lastly, choose the "31st of End of Month" option.

Just like in the previous example, please click "Update" to save your changes.
