Overview
Asset and Service Managers can now add attributes at the asset level for your internal assets or your client's assets. This will allow you to capture necessary information about the asset and how it is used. This information can then be used to influence the service requirements, and will be displayed on relevant service order fulfillment screens. These attributes can be configured for each asset independently via configuration in the Asset Manager, or can complement attributes configured for the product models in the Product Manager.

Workflow
Begin hovering over the ASSETS tab in the top navigation bar > click "Asset Manager"
To add attributes, start by selecting your asset Serial Number and clicking "edit" on the pop-up dialog.
Then, select the "Attributes" tab to begin adding values.
To access the configured attributes:
Select “More” in the work order.
Lastly, select the arrow to pull down the list of asset attributes.
