Overview

With this feature, you are now able to search for client accounts with nothing more than the asset tag or serial number. This will help streamline service workflows by saving time that is used hunting down the correct client account and then searching the relevant asset.

Workflow

First, hover over SERVICE in your top navigation bar > click "Manage Clients"


Next, select "Find Client Assets" from your Toolbox on the right. 


In the pop-up dialog, type the serial number, or asset tag, of the asset you are trying to match to a client account. 


Click, "Find" and the pop-up will display a list of client accounts that contain an asset with a matching serial number or asset tag.


Lastly, click the client account name from the list and you will be redirected to your client's account with the asset filter applied:
