Electronic Form Variations create added sophistication around service level configuration and data form design. Users will now be able to define service measurement conversions, customer fields, reading entry logic and acceptance criteria. Any current service levels will not be affected by this change, and a Customer Success representative will work with you to update configuration of existing service levels as needed. The following screen shots are relevant for the functionality listed in the table below:
