Custom fields in the service checklist can now be set as "Required," ensuring no order item is marked complete until these fields are filled. This feature supports complete data entry, enhancing the checklist's role in maintaining high quality and compliance standards.


Navigate to the Administration tab and select Service Capabilities. From there, access Checklists & Procedures and create a new task. Click the plus sign within the task and select the box next to Required.
