Qualer's latest release, 2.9.8, introduces a new option in the Measurement Form Environment tab that allows customers to track environmental conditions at the most granular level - for each readings. This builds upon the previous release, 2.9.7, which recorded environmental conditions for each measurement point and applied the same conditions for each reading within that point.

To access this feature, go to the Administration tab and select Service Capabilities from the drop down. Go into the specific capability and then select Measurement Form. Once in the Measurement form, select the specific Measurement Parameter. Finally click the Environment tab. From here you will need to select the box next to, Track environment conditions for each reading”.

Enabling the “Track environment conditions for each reading” option will begin recording conditions for each reading and displaying aggregated environment condition information (min, max, and fluctuation) for each measurement point.

Enabling the “Fluctuation must be within specification” option will:

  1. Turn fluctuation text Green or Red color when the environmental conditions are in or out of specification respectively.

If at least one measurement condition fluctuates more than allowed specification but all other criteria results in a Pass result, Qualer will mark the Pass as ambiguous “Pass ?”. Fail results will not be affected.

Environment condition fluctuation specifications can be configured for As Left and As Found forms of each parameter and for specific product subcategories for even finer control.
