This powerful feature allows companies to define detailed custom workflows for tracking status, signatures, and locks at the asset level. This gives each company powerful tools to manage workflows and ensure reviews are completed in order by the appropriate users.  The new locking feature allows for more efficient workflows by allowing work to be done at the asset level as each asset is serviced rather than having to wait  until the entire order has been completed to do reviews and quality checks.

Availability of any status can depend on:

  1. Current status setting
  2. One or more statuses having been selected previously (in the history)
  3. Service capability, service level selection and specific service option being enabled
  4. Logged in employee (or group of employees)
  5. Asset or tool attribute matching a certain value.
